staffing & safety
- A dedicated member of the Museum staff will be on-site during your event (at $30 per hour). For evening events an after-hours security will be arranged (at $30 per hour).
General Information
- All rooms are accessible by lift and disabled parking is available at the Museum's front door.
- Room cleaning is included in the hire charge.
- Room set-up is negotiable. All equipment must be removed to the kitchen at the end of the event. Caterers and other suppliers must collect their goods by 10am the following day.
- All bookings remain unsecure until confirmed. Confirmation is required at least 5 days before the event.
