History
|
First ship registered in Wellington port. Last paddle steamer to operate in New Zealand, in service 1900 - 1949. Sank at berth during river flood 1952, raised for restoration xxxx. Returned to service 1999. New all-welded boiler constructed to the original plans and specifications.
